The GDC + Observatory host this annual weekend-long public stargazing event at the nearby Neergabby Showgrounds - a picturesque, peaceful location under breathtakingly clear skies, nestled halfway between Yanchep and Gingin - each just 25 minutes away.
Attendees are given the very rare and exclusive opportunity to camp at the Grounds.

We'll again be offering a "sausage sizzle" both evenings - but request that you please BYO adequate food/snacks and drinking water.

Entry: $15 (per day)
Camping: +$5 (per night)
One vehicle per booking only. To book for more than one vehicle, please make multiple individual bookings.

Event camping is unpowered - with plenty of space for you to pitch your tent/swag (very limited space exists for towed vehicles). We encourage you to bring along your own telescope/binoculars/camera to take full advantage of the dark skies across our reserve.
